Access and permitted use
Data Intelligence is available only to accounts authorized by a client business and provisioned by Ellysol. Use only the companies and reports assigned to your account. Keep your credentials private, protect your device, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape other clients' data, or use exports beyond the permissions given by your business.
Read-only reporting
The app displays information synced from the client's accounting system. It does not create or edit Tally vouchers, move money, provide banking services, or substitute for the authoritative accounting records. Sync delays, source changes and report limitations can affect a display. Check material figures against the source system before acting on them.
Service and client data
Snehanita Ventures Private Limited retains its rights in the app, its interfaces, branding and documentation. The client business retains its rights in the accounting information it provides. Access to that information is limited by the permissions assigned to your account and the client's service agreement.
Exports and sharing
You may download or share a report only with people authorized by your business. Once a PDF or Excel file leaves the app, the destination application or recipient may keep a copy. You are responsible for choosing an appropriate destination and for following your business's information-handling rules.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or temporarily interrupt the app. Access may be suspended or removed for security reasons, if the client business withdraws authorization, or when its service agreement ends. We may update these terms and will post a new effective date. For service commitments, fees, support levels and other commercial responsibilities, refer to the separate agreement with the client business.
