How to ask about your app account or the details you provided in a project inquiry.

Request account deletion

Data Intelligence is an invite-only business app operated by Snehanita Ventures Private Limited under the Ellysol brand. You can request deletion of your entire app account and associated personal account information, rather than only disabling sign-in. This page is available without an account.

  1. Email operations@ellysol.com with the subject Data Intelligence account deletion request. Where possible, write from your registered email and include your name and client business. Do not send passwords, codes or financial records.
  2. We will verify the request, confirm its scope, and tell you the expected completion time. We may need additional verification even when the email comes from your registered address.
  3. We will process the account deletion request and confirm the outcome. This includes removing access and associated account information, subject to information that must be retained for legal or security reasons. We will explain any retention or delay.
Deleting your app account does not automatically delete the client business's accounting records, which may also contain personal information. For a request about those records, contact the business that maintains them or write to us so we can assist as applicable. Older encrypted backups may retain deleted information; see Retention and deletion.

In the mobile app, open Profile → Request account deletion to reach this page. You can also use this page without signing in. Email links open your mail app; you must send the email to submit your request. If no mail app is configured, copy the address into your email service.

Other requests

Use the same address to ask for access to, correction or deletion of details you provided in a project inquiry, or to raise another privacy concern. You do not need an app account to make a request about an inquiry. For a correction to a voucher, ledger or balance originating in Tally, contact the client business that maintains those records. Ellysol will help with requests about client-controlled information as required by applicable law and our client agreement.

If you cannot use your registered email

Write to operations@ellysol.com and explain the situation. We may ask for an alternative way to verify that you are the account holder. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request a secure method.

On-device and exported copies

Sign out of the mobile app before removing it when possible. Uninstalling does not delete your server-side account and may not erase all operating-system or backup copies. Delete PDF/Excel files you downloaded or shared separately; Ellysol cannot delete copies held by another app or recipient.
