Snehanita Ventures Private Limited operates Data Intelligence and receives project inquiries under the Ellysol brand. This notice describes the public inquiry process and the application, not the separate service agreement or instructions we may have with each client business. A client business controls which people may access its accounting reports and may have its own notices for its customers and staff. If a client agreement gives different instructions for client accounting data, we handle that data under that agreement and applicable law. Separate agreements do not remove your rights under applicable privacy law.
Data we handle
- Account and access data: name, email address, account and business membership, authentication information, sessions and sign-in activity. We do not store your plaintext password.
- Project inquiries: if you contact us by email or submit our Google Forms inquiry form, we receive the business name, your name and role, email address, contact number, project description and any contact preference or other information you choose to provide.
- Client accounting data: company and ledger names, customer/supplier identifiers, voucher and invoice dates, amounts, buyer addresses and tax identifiers where supplied, items, quantities, descriptions, balances and related report data supplied by the client's Tally system. Some ledgers may contain personal names or transaction details.
- Usage and diagnostic data: IP address, browser or device information, sign-in activity, requests and error information used to operate, protect and troubleshoot the service. Some of this information may be linked to your account. Our mobile error reporting is designed to avoid sending report contents, passwords and session tokens.
- Support correspondence: your contact details and information you choose to send when asking for support or making a privacy request. Please do not send passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary financial records.
Where data comes from—and where it does not
Project inquiry details come directly from the person who sends an email or submits a public form. Client accounting records are provided through a connection authorized by the client business to its Tally system. Users can access reports only for companies assigned to their accounts. The app does not request access to your phone contacts, photos, precise location or microphone, and Ellysol does not receive face or fingerprint templates. We do not use accounting records to train a general-purpose AI model or sell them for advertising.
How we use the data
We use project inquiry details to assess the request, reply, arrange a call if requested, and follow up about the proposed work. Sending an inquiry does not create a client account. We separately use application information to sign users in, limit access to authorized companies, provide reports and requested PDF/Excel exports, operate and improve service reliability, protect accounts, investigate errors, and answer support or privacy requests. We do not use app account information for direct marketing. Access and accounting information is needed to provide the service; device biometric unlock is optional. What stays on your device
The mobile app stores your sign-in, display preferences, and Saved/Recent customer choices on your device. It briefly caches reports in memory but does not provide a durable offline financial database. Optional biometric unlock is handled by your device's operating system; Ellysol does not receive your biometric template. The web dashboard uses cookies needed for sign-in and company selection and browser storage for display and customer-list preferences. Signing out clears the mobile app's saved sign-in and customer preferences; it does not erase reports you have exported elsewhere. PDF and Excel exports may leave temporary files on your device, and copies you download or share may remain with another app, recipient or cloud service.
Who processes data for us
Vercel hosts the web dashboard and public website and provides web performance measurements through Speed Insights. We limit the report URL information sent for those measurements; see Vercel's Speed Insights information. Hostinger hosts the application and live data. Backblaze B2 stores encrypted backups. Monitoring services receive service-status signals, not backup contents. Email services handle support and project messages. Google processes responses to our public inquiry form; if we connect the form to Google Sheets, Google also stores that response sheet. App stores handle app distribution, and any sharing service you choose receives the report you send. These providers may process data in other countries; contact us for information relevant to your account.
Retention and deletion
Project inquiries are kept while needed to review and respond to the request, manage related follow-up, or meet applicable obligations; we have not yet established a fixed deletion period for them. Account information remains while access is needed and is reviewed when access ends or a verified deletion request is made. Live transaction records are kept for the current and previous Indian financial years; some company, ledger, balance and audit information can remain longer while needed for the service, client instructions, security or legal obligations. Sessions expire and are cleaned up. Operational logs and support correspondence are retained as needed to operate and secure the service; we have not yet established a fixed deletion period for them.
We keep encrypted database backups for service recovery and restrict access to them. Removing a record from the live service does not immediately remove it from older backup copies. Those copies are retired separately; contact us if you need information about how a deletion request applies to backups.
Access, correction and deletion requests
You can change your password or sign out in the app. For access, correction, deletion or another privacy concern about your account or project inquiry, use our Data & Account Requests page. Requests about personal information inside client accounting records may need to be addressed with the client business that maintains those records; Ellysol will assist as required by applicable law and its client agreement. Deleting an app account does not automatically erase business records or exported copies. Separate client instructions do not remove rights you may have under applicable law.
Security
We use encrypted connections, account and company access controls, protected authentication information, and encrypted backups. Optional device biometrics protect local mobile access. No system is risk-free. Protect your device and credentials, share reports only with authorized people, and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.
Children
Data Intelligence is intended for authorized business owners and staff, not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this service, contact operations@ellysol.com.
Changes, questions and complaints
