What to include
- The client business and company shown in the dashboard.
- The selected date range, page and a description of what you expected.
- A request ID shown with an error, if available, and your app version/device type.
Do not email passwords, authentication codes, session tokens, database backups, full customer ledgers or unredacted financial screenshots. We may arrange a safer way to inspect a specific record if necessary.
Account access and password help
If you cannot access your account, contact your organization's authorized administrator or email support@ellysol.com. We may verify your identity and coordinate with your organization before restoring access. Follow the instructions provided through our support process.
Report accuracy
Data Intelligence is a read-only view of synced Tally information. If a voucher or ledger is missing or a balance differs, compare the selected company and dates with Tally, refresh the report and tell us what differs. New source entries appear after a successful sync. Verify important figures against your accounting records before making business decisions.
Exports and device access
For PDF or Excel problems, tell us the report type, selected dates, device and exact error message. Do not attach the financial report unless we arrange a suitable support channel. Optional biometric unlock can be managed in the mobile profile; use your account credentials when biometric unlock is unavailable.
Email links open your mail app. If one is not configured, copy the address into your email service and send your message there.
Possible unauthorized access
Contact operations@ellysol.com promptly. Change your password and tell us which account may be affected. Do not attach financial records to your initial report. We can investigate and revoke sessions where appropriate.
